Floors / Interblocs

Since the 90s the residents of Sant Salvador quarter in Tarragona demand that the space among their blocks of apartments becomes property of the council. This is a zone formed by around thirty blocks that where built in the 60s and it’s getting very deteriorated. Due to the poor income of the neighbours, maintenance of this zone is not possible.  #FloorsProject
