This intervention was made in a location in the Pirenees close to where it is planned to build a 4,3 km long cable car that will connect the ski resorts of Astún and Formigal through a unique natural setting, La Canal Roya. In order to undertake this construction, the Spanish Government has approved the subvention of 26,4 millions of Euros from the European funds “Next Generation”.
